OFFICIAL: Jessica Sanchez and DeAndre Brackensick level up as couple !? #Idol2012

The friendship between “American Idol” finalists Jessica Sanchez and DeAndre Brackensive seems to have leveled up into romance, with reports saying that the two are already a couple.

Various online sites have quoted Jessica's messages to her fans, the "Blugays," during a UStream session on July 19 (US time). Screen shots of the chat were sourced from a Tumblr post by JSanchezFan.

Before dropping the bomb, the Filipino-Mexican singer wrote, “i got a secret. and i want you guys to guess what it is :) I’lll (sic) nod yes or no.” She threw in some hints namely “not the glee thing”—which pertained to her rumored guest participation on the hit TV show—and “not about my music.”

A fan then queried if the 16-year-old Jessica has found her sweetheart, which she gamely addressed through a series of replies: “Yup,” “DeAndre,” “Hahah hes my boyfriend. Love you guys:* byeee!”

Jessica’s love for music seemingly remains her utmost priority, saying that the latter is her “hubby,” while 17-year-old DeAndre is “my boy.”

“and blujays are my life! love my blujays!!! <3,” Jessica added. It was not mentioned when the two became officially together. Interestingly though, Jessica referred to DeAndre as her best friend in this post just last July 2: “Hey, lets get my bestie @BrackensickAI11 to 100k followers :)” Jessica and DeAndre became close during their “Idol” stint, and sustained the bond post-competition, with the former tweeting, on few occasions, her whereabouts with the latter. They, along with their fellow finalists, are currently on the road for the “Idol” tour, which kicked off last July 6 in Detroit, Michigan. As busy as she is, Jessica related her openness to dating, telling Wetpaint in an interview late last month, “There's always time. You just got to make time.”
